These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the kxt8 platform ("Platform", "Website", or "Service") and its users ("you", "member", or "player"). By browsing the website, creating an account, or using any service, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2.2 Single Account

Each individual may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, kxt8 reserves the right to close all accounts and confiscate funds.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information will result in account cancellation and deposited funds may not be returned.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

The security of your kxt8 account is entirely your responsibility. Keep your login credentials confidential and do not share them with third parties.

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• You are personally responsible for all activities carried out from your account.
• Transferring, selling, or giving your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on kxt8: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

• All deposits will be processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• The payment account used at the time of deposit must be registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through third parties are not permitted and such transactions will be cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Successful withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• kxt8 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals if fraud is suspected.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

kxt8 offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳3,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Each bonus comes with a 15x wagering requirement. This requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the original deposit. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳30,000 in bets must be placed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A member may claim an offer only once — it cannot be claimed again through multiple accounts.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• kxt8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If bonus abuse is found, the relevant funds will be confiscated.
• If deposit funds are withdrawn before wagering is completed, the bonus will be cancelled.

6 VIP Program & Loyalty Rewards

kxt8's VIP program has four tiers, which members progress through based on their participation:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Advancement to a higher tier depends on regular and active participation on the platform. kxt8 reserves the right to make the final decision on the criteria for tier assignment.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and confiscation of funds:

1. Creating or operating multiple accounts.
2. Bonus abuse, bonus arbitrage, or bonus hunting.
3. Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
4. Hacking, software manipulation, or exploiting technical advantages on the platform.
5. Threatening or harassing other members or staff.
6. Operating an account on behalf of a third party.
7. Registering using a false identity or another person's information.
8. Exploiting any technical error on the platform.

If any of the above violations are detected, kxt8 may suspend or close the account without notice and inform the relevant authorities if necessary.

In the event of service cancellation, any valid funds free of applicable wagering requirements will be returned.

12 Limitation of Liability
